James Hill joined Rand Technology in April 2023 with over 30 years\u2019 experience in global operations and supply chain across a wide range of leading companies and industries. He has built teams and transformed global operations, with a strong focus on supply chain optimization and customer experience while delivering targeted growth by building strong foundational capability and capacity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Prior to joining Rand, James served as President of a manufacturing company supplying the data center industry. Earlier in his career, he led global operations for a range of companies in the consumer products, durable medical equipment and thin film opto-electric components industries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
