She directs all elements of the payroll and benefits processes, regulatory compliance, recruitment, staff onboarding, training, and performance evaluations for the company\u2019s US and global operations. Her duties also include developing and implementing personnel policies and procedures, as well as publishing and updating Rand\u2019s handbook to outline job requirements for all employees as necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sandra\u2019s work history includes senior human resources positions at one of the nation\u2019s leading providers of comprehensive, technologically advanced tax and flood services to the financial industry.
